I am the founder of The Church @ 434, a prototype Southern Baptist Church located in Central Florida. My role is officially known as “Transformational Architect” I have the priveledge of being the featured teacher there each week. I try to find innovative ways in equipping people to become the “best version of themselves-the version they were created to be.” We have a wide ranging impact, we are seen and heard on-line in 138 countries each week, and what we do is viewed and downloaded by thousands each week, and the international reach has continued to expand through the podcasts, app, and on-line resources we provide.I strongly believe that we are created to be creative. Often that creativity has been seen in the variety of ways we do things in our work. I am a creative consultant for the Florida Baptist Convention and leads conferences on expanding your ability to creatively communicate your story with others. My love for creative and innovative methods is one of the reasons I am passionate about the Reggio model of teaching at CIJS.

I am a featured conference speaker to a variety of groups in a number of environments. I often get to speak to groups of communicators and educators. I also am passionate about developing leaders. I am firmly committed to servant leadership and maximizing the talents and gifts within others unleashing them to fulfill their potential. I am certified in leadership training from leadership groups across the country… and focus on trying to mobilize people to be effective in being who they are created to be.
